James B. Johnson

President and Chief Executive Officer

James B. Johnson has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director since he joined our company in 2004. Prior to joining us, Mr. Johnson spent 27 years at Intel Corporation, where he served as Vice President of the Internet Service Operation and Director of Marketing for the Internet and Communications Group. He also co-founded and served as General Manager of Intel’s PC Enhancement Division, its retail products group. Mr. Johnson holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.S. degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Kelly Lang

Chief Financial Officer

Kelly E. Lang is our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Tripwire in 2010, Mr. Lang was Executive Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer of Merix Corporation, which was acquired by Viasystems Group, Inc., from July 2006 to February 2010. Prior to joining Merix, Mr. Lang was Vice President, Capital Investment and Business Integration at Schnitzer Steel Industries, Inc., a metals recycling and steel manufacturing company, from August 2005 to July 2006, and served as its Vice President, Corporate Controller from September 1999 to August 2005. Prior to his tenure at Schnitzer Steel Industries, Mr. Lang served in a number of senior financial capacities, the last of which was Vice President, Finance–Color Imaging and Printing Division, at Tektronix, Inc., a producer of electronic test, measurement and monitoring products and color printers, from September 1996 to September 1999, and as Treasurer and Director of Investor Relations for Crown Pacific Management L.P., a timber and wood products company, from November 1994 to September 1996, where his responsibilities also included treasury, SEC reporting and planning and budgeting responsibilities. Mr. Lang is a former Certified Public Accountant, having begun his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Price Waterhouse LLP). Mr. Lang holds a B.A. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from Seattle University.

Dwayne Melançon

Chief Technology Officer

Dwayne Melançon is Tripwire's Chief Technology Officer, where he owns a critical role in driving and evangelizing the company's global overall product strategy. He brings over 25 years of security software experience, and is responsible for leading the company's long term product strategy to meet the evolving data security needs of global enterprises.

Melançon joined Tripwire in 2000 and most recently served as Vice President of Products for Tripwire. He has spearheaded numerous initiatives during his tenure, including executive responsibility for business development, professional services and support, information systems and marketing. Prior to joining Tripwire, Melançon held leadership roles at DirectWeb, Inc., Symantec Corporation and Fifth Generation Systems, Inc. He is certified on both IT management and audit processes, holding both ITIL and CISA certifications, and is a frequent speaker at national and regional industry events.

Rekha Shenoy

Vice President of Marketing

Rekha Shenoy, Tripwire’s Vice President of Marketing, joined Tripwire in April 2007, bringing with her an extensive background leading product management teams to deliver maximum customer value.

Prior to Tripwire, Rekha held positions in corporate development, product management and marketing for performance management solutions, database tools and mainframe solutions and in market research at BMC Software, Inc., in Houston, driving strategic decisions around new technologies and championing the Agile Development methodology to enable BMC to meet its goals for product delivery. She also worked at Questia Media, Inc., in Houston, and Compaq Computer Corporation. Rekha holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Rice University, and received a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering in Bangalore, India.

Kevin McKay

Vice President of Services

As Vice President of Customer Services, Kevin McKay drives successful customer experiences and relationships through Tripwire's Technical Support, Education, Consulting and Information Services. Kevin brings to Tripwire broad leadership experience gained from over 27 years in the high technology and enterprise software industries working in consulting, marketing, and sales for startups and established companies such as Serena, Evolve Software, Merant, Intersolv, InfoQuest Solutions, and ICF-Kaiser. Most recently, Kevin served as Vice President of Professional Services at MarketLive, a leading e-commerce company. Although Kevin has worked in a variety of roles, he excels in service delivery because of his ability to understand and meet customer needs and develop strong customer relationships.

Aaron Lerner

Vice President of Engineering

Aaron (Rony) Lerner joins Tripwire as Vice President of Engineering. Bringing years of product development and management experience to Tripwire’s recognized team of industry experts, Rony will be responsible for growing and extending the company’s market-leading software products across a wide range of industries to help customers meet compliance regulations, improve security and drive IT efficiency. Prior to joining Tripwire, Rony was Vice President of Research and Development for the Database Management Business Unit of Quest Software Inc., where he led the development and release of more than 40 products, with 250 engineers distributed in 20 locations across four continents. Rony earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel. Rony also served eight years in the Israeli Air Force, where he received intensive technical and officer's leadership training. He retired with the rank of Major.

Aliza Scott

Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development

Aliza Scott is Tripwire's Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development, responsible for global strategies around talent, culture, and organization effectiveness. She leads the company's human resources team in talent acquisition, growth and development, and total reward programs.

During her career, Aliza has led global HR initiatives including talent acquisition and development, organizational change and M&A integration. She joins Tripwire from Autodesk's Portland offices, where she led the HR activities for the global Manufacturing Industry Division. Prior to Autodesk, Aliza was the Senior Director of Global Human Resources at FEI Company, where she managed HR functions throughout North America, Europe and Asia.

Aliza currently serves on the special expertise global panel for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and as chair of the Oregon human resources committee for Tech America. She earned her BA from Oregon State University, and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

Mark Bradley

Vice President of EMEA

Mark is our Vice President of Europe, Middle East and Africa. He is ultimately responsible for Tripwire’s growth across EMEA, leading and executing the business and sales strategy.

Joining Tripwire in 2010, Mr. Bradley brings to his position over 20 years of experience and leadership managing international Sales and Channel organizations. Since 2000, while at Symantec and VERITAS, his roles have included Country Manager in Africa, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg. Mark also has an extensive track record of integrating acquisitions and developing new businesses across EMEA (including KVS, Altiris and MessageLabs) during his time as Senior Director, EMEA Sales at Symantec.

Mark holds an MBA from Henley Management College and a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) Degree with Honours from Loughborough University.
