Tripwire Enterprise for Databases is the Tripwire Enterprise component that detects all changes to database structures and reports change details to Tripwire Enterprise Console. With the Tripwire Enterprise for File Systems agent as its base, the Enterprise for Databases component broadens Tripwire Enterprise's coverage of the infrastructure, providing a single point of configuration control for ensuring that all changes are visible, all changes are planned and verified, and that all unauthorized changes are investigated.
By providing increased visibility into database structure changes, Tripwire Enterprise for Directory Servers enables staff to quickly reconcile changes with authorized work orders and focus remediation efforts on the unauthorized changes. The Tripwire Enterprise for Databases component identifies what changed, who made the change, when, and how the change was made. It supports your service quality and security initiatives, plus provides auditable data that simplifies IT audit preparation.
