Tripwire Enterprise for Network Devices is the component that detects changes made to a broad range of network devices (including network switches, routers, firewalls, Virtual Private Network (VPN) concentrators, and any device with a POSIX-compliant operating system) and reports change details to Tripwire Enterprise Console. Systems supported include those from major manufacturers such as Cisco, F5, Juniper and more. This makes Tripwire Enterprise easy to deploy in multi-vendor environments across your IT infrastructure.
By providing increased visibility into changes on network devices, Tripwire Enterprise for Network Devices enables staff to quickly reconcile changes according to their specific change policy and focus remediation efforts on the unauthorized changes. The Tripwire Enterprise for Network Devices component identifies what changed, who made the change, when, and how the change was made. It supports your service quality and security initiatives, plus provides auditable data that simplifies IT audit preparation.
