COBIT Policy

The Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT) is a set of best practice control frameworks for IT management. It was created by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and the IT Governance Institute (ITGI) in 1992. Tripwire's Cobit policy is based on version 4.1 of the framework, and our policies address the Delivery and Support domain of Cobit. This domain focuses on the delivery aspects of the information technology, which include controls that address security of systems.
