The integration allows integrity violation alarms gathered by Tripwire for Servers to be sent to the Netcool/OMNIbus^TM application. Together, this integration provides you with greater visibility into changes on servers across the enterprise, ensuring rapid discovery and remediation when undesired change occurs.

The integration, which deploys out-of-the-box, allows "integrity violation alarms" gathered by Tripwire for Servers to be sent to the Netcool/OMNIbus^TM application via SNMP, system logs, e-mail or Windows NT event logs. Violation information is then consolidated and correlated with other network, system and application data within Netcool to determine when and how files have changed and what, if any, remedial action needs to occur to ensure the security and integrity of data on servers.
