Change Controls Workshop
We educate key stakeholders on managing change using Tripwire software and Visible Ops, then explore process areas, assess the current state of the environment, and help build team consensus on the go-forward approach.

  • Deliver the ITPI's IMCA to facilitate discussion and use as a baseline and metric to measure ongoing progress

  • Provide detailed step-by-step Visible Ops Phase One training. This involves reviewing potential changes to IT service components in relation to their efficiency at meeting business requirements, as well as ways to minimize their risk to service quality
