Tripwire’s Standard Services are defined service packages that help you quickly implement or upgrade your Tripwire solution. This means you get immediate—and ongoing—value from your Tripwire investment. Depending on the scope of your implementation and other factors, we provide these services either on-site or remotely. We even offer service packages to help customers successfully deploy their Tripwire PCI for Retail or Hospitality solutions. Quick Start Services
Offered at two levels based on implementation size, our Quick Starts are ideal for new customers with environments of up to 200 nodes, or for customers jump-starting a larger Tripwire project. Our certified consultants work closely with you on-site to help you quickly install and configure the core capabilities of your Tripwire product. Then we help you tune it to meet your key business needs. Finally, we make sure you know how to maintain your implementation so you receive ongoing value.

Remote Quick Start Services
A Remote Quick Start package provides an economical and convenient alternative for customers with environments of up to 25 nodes who need help performing a basic implementation of their Tripwire solution. You work with a certified consultant via a secure network connection and teleconferencing to install and configure your Tripwire product. We also outline best practices for maintaining your implementation to help you maximize the value of your investment.

Tripwire’s Upgrade service offers customers with up to 500 nodes a smooth and timely upgrade to the latest version of Tripwire Enterprise or Tripwire Log Center. While there, our consultant analyzes current usage and processes and makes recommendations to help you gain the greatest value from the product’s new features and capabilities.
