Abstract
This IT Change Control Audit Program Guide and Checklist has been developed in collaboration with experienced IT and audit practitioners as a resource for IT management to implement appropriate change controls and to understand what internal and external auditors are looking for when performing IT change control audits. This guide is also intended as a practical tool for internal and external auditors to complement their working papers and documentation when performing IT compliance audits for internal requirements or government mandated regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley.
