Apparently Remedy/BMC or viaTIL or whatever it's called today is a market leader in this space. If that's true the market is wide open for someone to come in with an application that can actually take the work out of the workflow that this app introduces. I don't hold out much hope though because if it becomes easy to use it might be viewed as the Apple Mac of enterprise software. Ho hum, I live in hope.
