Medical/RX, Dental and Vision
Tripwire covers 90% of the premium for employees. We offer PPO and High-Deductible Health Plans through Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield so employees can choose what plan fits their needs best. California residents can also choose from an HMO plan with Kaiser Permanente. The dental plan covers exams, cleaning and other dental services. Coverage for orthodontia is also included. Annual eye exam and glasses or contacts are provided under our vision insurance as well.
Health Savings Account
Enroll in the High-Deductible Health Plan and you will be eligible to open and contribute to a Health Savings Account (H.S.A.). Tripwire will also deposit money into your H.S.A. on a monthly basis.
Whether you choose to drive, bike or ride mass transit, Tripwire provides a monthly subsidy to help cover your transportation expenses if you commute to the Portland, Oregon or San Francisco, California offices.
We believe that you know best when it comes time to recharge. And that’s why, in lieu of the traditional vacation accrual / bank, Tripwire offers FlexTime – an open-ended, flexible time off policy.

Life, Disability and Travel Insurance
The company pays for basic life, AD&D, long-term disability and travel insurance at no cost to you. Additional coverage for term life, AD&D, whole life and critical illness insurances are available for purchase.
If you’re based in the Portland, Oregon office you’ll enjoy free access to the building’s fitness center.
Tripwire recognizes eight paid holidays plus a company-designated floating holiday each year.
