There will be a free two hour workshop in Portland on January 14th from 6:30 – 8:30PM that is open to the public. We will be discussing the risks posed to children online and provide tips for kids and their parents on how to stay safe.

We will cover topics around privacy, cyber bullying, social media, online gaming, cybercrime, malware and basic home computer security.   This event is free to the public and all ages are welcome.

Special Agent Samantha Baltzersen with the FBI will be discussing  risks posed to children, online predators, sexting, cyber bullying, use of social media, and ways to keep you and your devices as safe as possible.

Tripwire security researcher Ken Westin will be showing how technology and information can be used against us by cybercriminals.
