At the RSA Conference, we asked attendees to share with us what they would happen if they became a chief information security officer (CISO).  Some of the answers were serious, some light-hearted. These are a few of our favorite responses:

I would find an easier job!! :)

I'd make sure I have a dedicated penetration testing team.  -Jon

I would hire the best people. -Don

Never again!!! @Mortman

I'd have everyone sign-off and read my security policies! @pgroisman

I'd make all the security folks live in ops.

I'd focus on BYOD! (Bring your own device)

Be scared, very scared.  @Kildar69

But I already am! -Greg

I'd increase security awareness training.

I would never sleep! @SecureIdeas
