By all accounts, the PCI Hug it Out podcast series has been a success so far. The project brought together two of the industry’s top IT security and compliance leaders and at the same time is raising money for two worthwhile charities.
But we’re not done yet.
In case you missed it, the first podcast with Mike Dahn and the second one with Josh Corman have already been posted. You can go to Network Security Podcast and listen to both of them. In the final podcast, Dahn and Corman finally come together and that will be posted on the NSP on Monday October 18th. Will they actually “hug it out”? You’ll have to stay tuned to find out.
Meanwhile, with Tripwire’s matching contribution, the project has managed to raise more than $2000 for Hackers for Charity and the Electronic Frontier Foundation. In the final push, we would like to bring that total to $3ooo. With your help we can do it. If you want to donate, you can email Matt Hixson with your pledge: firstname.lastname@example.org or you can pledge on Twitter using the hashtag #PCIhugitout and we will be in contact with you soon.
