The following terms shall apply if a Customer purchases Physical Appliance offerings from Tripwire:
- Tripwire Appliance Terms: For Tripwire VnE Managers, Tripwire Device Profilers, and Tripwire Industrial Appliances.
- Belden Terms of Sale: For Tofino Security Appliances, Tofino Firewall Security Appliances, and Hirschmann appliances (including Eagle).
- ProSoft Terms of Sale: For ProSoft Industrial Cellular Gateway, Prosoft Remote Access Network Bridge, ProSoft Data Logger Plus.
