Training Terms

General Training Credit Expiration Policy — All training fees are billable on order acceptance; payment is due in accordance with the payment terms listed in the order. General training credits may be applied to future training purchases for a period expiring one year after the date of purchase. All sales are final and no refunds or credit will be provided for unused general training credits.

In-Class Training Cancellation Policy — All attendance cancellations for a Tripwire in-class training course must be made at least three weeks prior to the course start date. Pre-payments will be held as credit and may be used to attend the same course or an equivalent course at another date and location within one year of the original purchase. Courses cancelled within three weeks of the course start date and general credits not used within one year will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial course attendance.

Self-Study and e-Learning Courses — On acceptance of an order for self-study or e-learning, Tripwire will request the name and email address for the assigned student(s). If Customer does not notify Tripwire of the student assignment within one year of the request, the training will expire and Customer will not be entitled to a refund or credit. When Tripwire receives the assignment notification from Customer, Tripwire will provide each student with six months’ access to the on-line learning center to access course material and to take the certification test. During this six-month access period, the student may request access to a virtual machine environment for 30 days for study purposes. At the end of the six-month period, access to the on-line learning center and testing will be terminated. All sales are final and no refunds or credit will be provided for unused training credits.

On-Site Training: If purchasing on-site training for IP360 or CCM, or Tripwire Enterprise, additional facility requirements apply.
