Tripwire grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this website and the Materials thereon.

All downloadable files on Tripwire’s website are protected by copyright laws. Tripwire authorizes you to view and download the Materials at this website only for your informational, personal or non-commercial purposes as long as it is not modified or published in any media and you attach Tripwire’s copyright symbol and notice to serve as the source for every permissible use. We are under no obligation to post or use any User Contributions, and reserve the right to edit or remove any User Contributions in our sole discretion.

You may choose to provide suggestions, data, or other information to Tripwire regarding possible improvements or enhancements in the operation, functionality or use of Tripwire products and services, the Materials, or website (“Feedback”). Any Feedback provided will be the exclusive property of Tripwire and will be considered non-confidential. Tripwire is free to use and/or disseminate such Feedback on an unrestricted basis for any purpose.
